Of great limpidity, the Chablis Premier Cru ‘Vaillons’ is a vigorous and relatively robust wine. It shows a nose that is both mineral and fruity. It also surprises with its fuller side, associating with lightly spiced aromas.

With is good complexity it goes remarkably well with fish in sauce, fine charcuterie and whites meats in cream sauce.
